Modular Buildings

Red Ribbon is setting up Modulex^TM , India’s first steel modular full fit out buildings factory. It will have two production lines with one producing 2,000 hotel rooms and the other 1,000 residential apartment units per annum. The hotel room production line will be absorbed by Ecolodge to roll out twenty 100 room hotels per annum. The factory will introduce Modern Method of Construction to the Indian market and is poised to become a market leader in steel modular construction. The factory will be established and managed by a senior team from the UK modular industry.
